Last year I weighed 9 stone and after living with my fiance for 6 months it has gone back up to over 10. I used to go to the gym 5 times a week but have lost all motivation! Any pointers??? I am getting married in May and want to get back to 9 stone. Is this possible!??

First off CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

You just need the motivation again. I you go from 5 times a week to none then your body is deffinately not going to like that. Exercise increases endorphins and makes us happy so you've just got to get someone to drag to you to the gym a couple of times and you'll soon enjoy it again.
I wouldn't suggest trying to loose over a stone in such a short period of time, it wouldn't be healthy and you won't be able to keep it off. Just eat healthily, i know thats easy to say but thats like exercis too, keep at it and you will see yourself reaching for an apple instead of chocolate. The more good food you eat the more good food your body wants, if that makes sense.

Good luck!!!

Sure it is. Just start going to the gym regularly, and watch what you eat. Those snacks while cuddling up in front of the television are a killer.
