He proposed me. I love him too. But I have promised my mom that I will never be included in these types of cases.

You shouldn't have made a promise to 'never' anything.
Especially to your Mom, and to the idea of engagement.
I doubt your Mom would be upset, and has probably already forgotten that you ever made this promise.
Talk to her about it, is the best advise I can give.

With this type of case I think you should see your family doctor. He can prescribe a proposal pill.
