What else could this be?

i have had throat pain upon swallowing very cold drinks on the left side of my throat. Like a spasm pain or something for more than a year now. it comes and goes. The ent rules out cancer of the throat by preforming a larygscopy at my last app. what else could be causing this?

I am not a doctor but I would think that is has something to do with your glands in your neck.
