There are a variety of options you could try to relax yourself... Go up to the terrace...sit in the cool breeze watching the night sky filled with stars...and think about nature and nothing else. Believe me, thats the most relaxing..
If not, you could try out a long warm bubble bath while reading some exciting novel.. or just go for a long walk..

Meditation helps a lot. Trust me it works. Or have a walk in park surrounded with greenery every where n walk bare foot on grass or if u have garden of urs then walk there n if u like then give water to ur plants. U can also go upstairs n ly there n watch the stars twinkling. Or go in evening or morning Sunrise n Sunset both r beautiful n relaxes u. It gives u positive attitude towards life.

Meditate in the early morning. Make it a practice. All you have to do is sit and do nothing for a while by forgetting your body, just concentrate on a point and relax. Rest of your day will be beautiful. Trust me.

Sleeping, reading good books and gardening are some of the most popular relaxing activities. Meditation and exercising is also a good idea.

i think that running, dancing, and listening to music are the most relaxing things. I also love to just drive and listen to my favorite song over and over, i always relax after that!
