and unistalling,but cannot do anythink with it ,still in programes but not working,keeps flashing up shellmaster is missing?,any help would be helpfull,many thx

Did you delete it via the add/remove progs in windows xp ?
If not go - start - control panel - add/remove icon - scrolled down till you see Nero - then click on remove ......it may give you an option to repair ...try this first ...if it dosent then delete and re reinstall .....
Also if that all fails - go to the nero web site - they have a couple of programmes there to completely remove nero ...use them and then try a reinstall

Nero is aware of this common problem & has a fix for it.
You need the "Nero Removal Tool" to fully remove all traces of Nero before you can be able to re install it.

well if u need that urgently then u can install it again no mater whether its already installed...when u start installing it jst install it in some other drive ....it will work
