Count calories. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat. The less you eat, the easier it is to lose - and you'll save some cash at the grocery store! BUT - you should never eat less than 1200 calories in a day or you go in "starvation" mode and will actually begin to gain weight as your body tries to salvage the calories and fat storage it still has.

self decipline with regards to you diet,and always watch everything that you put into your mouth,make sure you limit you colesterol and calory intake everyday,always keep moving,if your an office guy make an effort to stand up every 5 minutes and use the stairs to walk up and down buildings,drink lots of water,encourage yourself to walk instead of riding a car or commuting
