Tongue cleaner is the solution. Also, find out if there is any gastric problem that could also cause the bad breath.

Apart from the above solutions, mouth cleansers will help. Also use mint always by ur side.. so u can chew on them on and off.. thereby the mouth gives a minty smell.!!

I was told that my breath was bad and my gums bled maybe because I sleep with my mouth open due to sinus problems/allergies which block my nose. Also likely to be a gastric problem. Don't be embarrassed to ask the doctor, they might be able to give you something for it.

If you're brushing your teeth, and using mouth wash, use a tongue scraper, and the like, you need a good laxative! Every month take a good laxative, and that along with good oral hygiene, will solve your problem.

Dehydration often leads to bad breath. Mouth washes work well short term, however they usually contain alcohol which can further dehydrate.

Brushing isn't enough. You should floss at least once a day (I personally prefer to floss before going to bed at night) Also, brush your tongue. You can also ask your dentist about this.
