well u first have to tell yourself why you dumped him. If you haven't found a way to fix the problem then you will just end up were you were before.And for some reason I don't really think you like him you just need someone to calls yours and in the long run that's not really fair

you haven't given your reasons for 'dumping',do i take it these reasons no longer exist? if it is at all possible try very discretely to rekindle the friendship,if he isn't interested anymore -too bad.Get on with life & in future think very hard before you 'dump.'
