Back in the 1950s there was a little roadside place called the Guernsey Cow in, I believe, Epherta, PA. On the roof was a huge cow. Anyway, they made the best ice cream you can imagine, and the one I always wanted was peanut butter fudge. It was heavenly. Both fudge and peanut butter swirled through very creamy vanilla ice cream. As the peanut butter was frozen, it would make fault lines in the ice cream, and you could break away just a spoon-full and sculpt your ice cream as you ate it in unique ways. The fudge made fault lines, too, but it melted sooner and got all gooey.
It was not just a wonderful taste, but a wonderful toy to play with as you ate it.

My fave WAS Ben & Jerry's 'Chubby Hubby'.
But they sent it to the 'ice cream graveyard' and it is no more!

Mint Chocolate chip! De-lish. Or if I go to Cold Stone, I get the Mint Mint Double Double chocolate chip hold the brownie on the side.

My favourite Ice Cream is Ben and Jerrys Caramel Choo-choo... I love caramel, and with all those yummy chocolate bits in it too... Mmm.
It is expensive though!
