You don't say if you're eating other things as well. Depending what's in your salad, its perfectly healthy. A balanced diet requires food from all of the food groups. If you add a protein source to your salad, that would help. Also, too much fiber can cause diarrhea, which could lead to nutrient deficiency caused by malabsorption.

If it is a fresh fruit and vegetables there is no harm, But take care don't take other meals too in the same ratio.
SALAD will do no harm but it is good for health.
U can use Salad as Ur breakfast/lunch/dinner.

well, i don't think so, because it's very healthy, but if you eat a lot of salad, you may gain some weight(just a very few pounds), of course if you are older than 40 you need to eat moderately, but if you are a teenage or under the 30 forget it, eat all salad you want

No!!Wish I liked salad that much!I think it can only be bad if you soak it in oily salad dressings, but otherwise I think you have a healthy 'addiction'. LOL!
