Leave it alone, let the surgeon decide what to do. If it bursts on its own, cover it with a dressing (preferably one with a non stick surface) and get it looked at ASAP. Dont get it wet!;

Years ago the advice was to drain the blister but now you are advised to leave the blister alone. Place a dry dressing over it and keep it covered for a few days. Try not to worry about it, your body is healing itself and the blister has a purpose, to protect the damaged skin underneath. If at any time you think the area around is it getting redder go to your GPin case you need some anti-biotics.

I always used New Skin, you can get it at the drugstore. Once the blister pops, apply some to the infected area. Hurts like Hell when you first put it on, but if you make it through the first 3 cuss words, the pain is over. Good Luck.

Leaving the blisters alone is recommended. However, if they break open, make sure you cleanse them with some saline (salt and water) and apply a clean dry dressing, a bandage or such thing.
Make sure you get it checked for signs of infection meantime. The signs are increased pain, swelling redness of affected site and you may develop a temperature. Good luck :)

Leave it alone. The blister is protecting the injury, besides it`ll hurt like hell if you burst it.

You can get compression dressings from the chemist for burns - they reduce the scarring and keep the area clean and infecton free.

leave it alone, you could spray antiseptic on it, but don't burst it if its a clear fluid as infection will spread
