This disorder can be serious if you can't work. Try going on ssI and get some benfits for yourself. As for medication try ambien or xanax. Ask your doctor. And goodluck!

my dear frnd night disorder happens because of the following reasons
lot of tension
inbalanced diet
high calorie or sugar
doing work continously without even a small break


now wats ur symptoms u knw better

if none of this is with u then u should consult doctor

Have you seen a doctor? They can usually help, by prescribing medicine, or relaxation techniques.

If you haven't been already, you need to go to a sleep clinic and be tested. If they find something, they can do something to help you. I am being tested for narcolepsy and have had to stop working. A neurologist and a sleep clinic are needed to help you.

try eating more healthy and some excercise that will help your body learn self dicipline and it should help your sleep disoreder cuz youll get energy when you excercise so you wont ne able to sleep during day time
