It would depend on how much money I could aford to spend. If I had a of extra cash I would pick Japan, if not it would be South Korea.

For a start, South Korea. I will go bankrupt just trying to shop in Japan.

Yup, I agree with them, if you got lots of $, you could go Japan. If not, South Korea.I think it's not bad as the weather there is almost the same as Japan's.
