I guess the second one... At least the ATM does not take a dissapointed look and sounds ironic when it flashes "You have insufficient funds to complete this transaction" on the screen...

The first one is on account of your own act..no point in worrying about....
The second reflects the mood of the other person or opponent..
there is lil to worry about..
