Do you eat a heavy meal before going to bed, or notice that you have an increased frequency or intensity of dreams when u have eaten a lot fairly soon before drifting into lala land? It's a pretty common reason.

Are you taking any medication or drinking alchy before bed or stressed out? I know for myself I have very vivid dreams every night and i think everyone is probably tired of hearing about a new one every morning. It might just be stress try to look for a pattern.
