yes i had a low fat fry-up? i say low-fat because they forgot the fried bread??

I am pondering that question right now, the glucose levels are dropping. I will probably have 2 slices wholmeal bread with a thin layer of low fat spread, ham, and a side salad of lettuce, tomatoes, raw mushrooms and red pepper. Followed by a nectarine if I still have some room. I will have a no added sugar squash to drink. So overall its pretty healthy;

i had weight watchers fish pie, must admit i couldnt finish it. was a bit minging. Had porridge for breakfast, thats healthy AND tasty. I love granary bread and seeded nutty stuff, am gonna get some when i go out after. Ta for the idea.

I'm going to Morrisons to get a salad and also some chicken that they cooked today and is still hot. I'll just take of the skin and have a healthy warm chicken salad. Can't wait!!! I'm starving!!

I had a whole meal wrap with ham and lettuce (no butter) and a cup of tea - which was quite good until i rammed down two tuc biscuits with brie on it! DOH!

very healthy thank you. Tuna (tinned in brine) salad a tea spoon of ali oli (galic mayonaise) followed by a youghurt, not unfortunately a low fat one, I'm not home just now so I have to be content with what's available.

Yep, I had a couscous, chicken and avacado salad which I made last night with some corn crackers. Yum!

I had a tuna wrap, the found some crisps and a choccie biccie in my drawer so I was good and bad today.

I had an "all american" roast beef wrap. Salad and roast beef rolled up with cheese and ranch dressing. It came with a snapple tea !

Yum !
