Hi, my roomate is not only nasty and dirty, and eat in the bathroom.
She insults me, after we ( me and my husband ) treat her so nice.
He ask her to leave because maybe we will leave too and the renter won't rent to anybody else ( He told me in the past ) , we don't know yet any ways what we will do and she is been so nasty, We have one more month to go living together,
help before !!! i lose it
I can't wait she leaves, the smell of her cat and dog with her own smell will go away.
Can i call the police if she insults me again? for no reason???

Just calm down for a month...it'll be much worse for you if you leave and she sues you so just wait it out and drive on. Stay away from the place as much as possible, take those day, evening, weekend trips you've always planned but haven't gotten around to, and before you know it you'll be away from her and you'll never have to deal with the likes of her again.

lucky for you you only have a month left. she sounds like a horrible person to have to live with, so i feel for you. i have had bad roommate experiences as well. is she on the lease with you? if so your landlord is in charge of eviction and there is nothing you can do about it. if not, she still has legal rights to your place if she has been staying there. it varies state to state, but after a person has stayed consecutively a certain number of days, they legally reside there, so you can't just kick her out (in this situation i would LOVE to tell you to get your locks changed and dump all of her **** out onto the street, haha). However, providing she is not on the lease, if you and your husband ask her to leave and she refuses, I believe that becomes trespassing and the police can take care of her then. and ofcourse in any case if she become threatenning or physically abusive the police can intervene then as well.
Nevertheless, try to stick it out just the one more month. Stop playing nice and be as bitchy at her as she is to you. Maybe if you guys piss her off enough she will leave on her own :) There's absolutely no reason for you to not put her in her place if she is being nasty to you

Why would the police care if you've been insulted? Look, it's only a month and then this person is out of your life. Deal with it. Make arrangements to be out of the house as soon as possible, put everything you need them to know in writing and avoid them as much as you can. In 30 days, it's a non issue. So keep it in perspective and do everything you need to do to make sure that once your month is up, you're done with her forever.

Start eviction procedures. Make sure that she can't change her mind about staying.
Write down all her transgressions. Keep a detailed record of them. If she fights the eviction it will be helpful.
Until then, grow your self a thick skin - you'll need it. As long as you play your cards right, it will only be another month. You can take it. Good luck.

often people don't get along well together - no reason to alarm, just try to IGNORE her in the same room as long as you all are together - it's difficult but it is the only workable solution. When she says something unpleasant, don't react. When she does something unethical, don't try to reform her. All the same - be nice with her because it's only a one-month thing now.

Unless she threatens you, causes harm or vandelizes the place you cannot call the police. Just ignore her. She is being petty. Spray febreeze around the house and on the pets bedding.

I lived with some nasty *** girls a few months ago..it made me sick to live with them because they never cleaned. It can make you even feel depressed for having to live with someone like that...I would definitely kick her out and look for someone cleaner!!!

If your room mate is not on the lease, you can get rid of her TODAY. If she IS on the lease, then there is nothing you can do except leave even if that means breaking the lease.

I don't blame you for being angry but you only have to put up with the smell of her pussey for one more month. Stick it out.
