Hun the only thing you can do is collect evidence yourself without anyone else knowing about them except your solicitor of course, but also there are only certain things that will stand up in court. i work in abused childrens homes and got my NVQ in child protection. i would need to know a little more and explain to you properly by all means you can email me and i will look it up in the polocies and proceders if i dont know off hand.

I'm very sorry to hear that, it's a worry for everyone involved. When the courts awarded him unsupervised contact, were you in court? Were you able to speak on their behalf and tell your side of the story?
Does your mom have an attorney you can call and talk to? What about legal aid? If nothing else I would try to talk to contact child welfare and tell them your concern and the reasons for it. I don't know what state you live in but it's worth checking in to.
I'm sorry I can't offer more help, I'll keep them in my prayers. Don't give up, keep trying until someone listens to you. God bless.

Because God is not in control of this earth right now. The Bible says it, not me. 1Cor 4:4 says that Satan the Devil is the "god of this system of things". Revelation 12:12 says " the Devil has come down to YOU, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time" Why is he here? and why does he have a short period of time here? Because he questioned God's sovereignty and his right to rule. God is giving him a chance to prove himself that people don't need the True God, but do you see how it's turning out? Bad. The Good news is that soon God will destroy Satan and this wicked system JUST LIKE THE BIBLE says it will happen. Psalms 37:10,11,29 says this "(Psalm 37:10, 11) And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more; And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. 11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. 29 The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it." Isn't that good news? That's why Jehovah's Witnesses go door to door and know how SERIOUS it is.

go to an appeal court....this man is not right in the head, if he's manipulative, then this is his way of convincing the courts that he's going to be a good parent, i cannot understand why they didn't see through him the first time....nope...i would appeal and keep them kids away from danger....leopards never change their spots hun....appeal until this comes to court again and tell them what he is REALLY like...it won't be long before he starts to show his true colours again...fight for them, keep them away from him....they are only kids and this could do long term damage in the future if he hurts them again, he does not deserve to have kids....

Jeez, that's hard. Have the courts had all the evidence? Keep in close touch with your brothers (without worrying them too much) and at the first sign of anything, tell the authorities. Keep a record of any event, no matter how little. Good luck.

You can keep Social Services informed of anything that happens that shouldn't be happening. Listen to your brothers and make sure they know they can tell you things. Watch out for any signs either physical or behavioural that may indicate he's either using violence towards them or they're learning violent behaviour from him.
Good luck.

LISTEN MEDUSA, PLZ LISTEN!
i understand how u r feeling."The good thing is ur 18 old young woman, u have a good chance to appeal for the court.report to the authorities immediately!"
HAHAHA! u think this what u expect me to say.Ur dad had already won and its not difficult for him to win again and the courts can take this matter for a long time.
U say ur dad is a bad man and bad people generally have good lawyers. But ur matter is something beyond law.Law had given permission letting ur father have u only in the view of ur mother. They did not ask of ur opinion, or not atleast thought about it.
So dear lady, plz discuss this matter with the human rights group or some social organisations who support for the cause for social morals.U could have taken this matter as a small thing, had ur dad lost the case, but he won it, it means he has big people behind him.
So u need big help, strong enuff to keep u and ur siblings off him.
I wish u good luck for ur success.

if the courts have given him unsupervised access then you cannot go against the courts decision, you may be able to appeal but that could take along time.
All you can do is to be there for your brothers and try to appeal this decision .

hard situation.... unfortunatly its up to your mum. She can get an injunction or a retraining order if things are bad enough. I've been in your situation and i understand how you feel but sometimes as an adult you have to realise that taking a backseat is the right thing to do, even though it can be the hardest choice of all. goodluck darlin and i hope they are all ok.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
