Aside from a good balanced diet to generally keep the entire body healthy, there is no particular food for the brain. Your brain would best be served by use, especially with tasks that actually require you to think, or by learning new skills or information. Like any tool, it will rust if not used regularly and be hard to use if it's only infrequently tasked to at least it's ability, if not pushed a little to exceed it. Puzzles of all sorts, reading material that requires you to think and not simply be entertained, learn a language, to play an instrument, do brain teasers- all those things keep your mental tools in good working order. You can learn up until you die, so there is really no age where you need or should stop trying to learn something. Feed your stomach the food, buy the book or take up a hobby to feed your mind.
