Ok, I rotate my eating which helps my body stay in check. I stay on the South Beach diet (phase one) for 2 weeks, then eat healthy but normal for 3 weeks. Back and forth and I have lost over 20lbs this way, but is it healthy and yes I still exercise 30 mins and 6 times a week.

The diet probably isn't doing you any harm. Make sure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals you need and drink lots of water.

The exercise thing is fine and is probably where most of your weight loss comes from. So long as you don't over do it you can exercise 6 days of the week without trouble. If you start getting a lot of muscle pain and stiffness back off.

it seems to be working for you. 20+ lbs to lose is pretty good, but I'm concerned that you exercise too much. I've always heard you need to exercise 3 times a week, not 6!! Good luck

Um...your body doesn't know what to do with itself...you need to pick a diet (a pattern of healthy eating and living) that you can live with and stick too it so your body can work with you not against you.

As long as you can keep it in perspective and not deprive your body of nutrients. Taking a multivitamin is a good idea.
