I would take on the body of George Bush (whilst locking the real George Bush away for the hour) and summon the TV networks to the White House. Then I would make a live TV address to the world saying the following:
"Citizens of the world. I want unreservedly to apologise to you for the serious errors of judgement that I and my administration have made in respect of Iraq. We knew from the start that Saddam Hussein had no weapons of mass destruction, but we wanted to get the son of a ***** anyway so we went for him. We said that our mission was to bring democracy to Iraq, whilst in truth it was to get our hands on their oil. We said that we had won a famous victory, when in fact we knew that we were heading for a disastrous defeat. I want to apologise to the families of hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis and brave American servicemen who have needlessly lost their lives in this tragedy. In the remaining two years of my Presidency I will give 100% support to the United Nations in trying to clear up this mess. I'm sorry. I was wrong - I humbly ask you for your forgiveness."

Good question. If I never had to explain or defend and there would be no negative consequences, I'd take my bosses credit card rent a fine, a** EXPENSIVE sports car, dine at the finest restaurant in the city and buy that piece of jewelry I've always wanted, then afterwards go back to work and not mind putting up with the cr** of the rest of the day!
Wait, maybe I'd buy the car instead..

As long as my credit card company wouldn't know either! I'd go on a half an hour shopping spree and totally max out my visa, then, I'd come home...smoke a ton of weed, dress up in my sexy new clothes, and have some kinky sex with my boyfriend :)

lol...i have just posted a similar but different question to this...great minds must think alike on Wednesday mornings,lol...one hour of pure pleasure......i can think of lots of things i would like to do...but not sure if an hour is really enough for any of them...i think i would go for a walk in the wilderness with a lover...;0)
