Whenever i use a P2P program to download even GOOD stuff, i get viruses! why? and what is the remedy?

What you need to do is check the file size before you download. There are lots of viruses named after files you would like to download. you should have an antivirus installed in your computer, and when you're downloading a program or software download the .ZIP or .RAR files. =) i hope this helps you =)
