Pressure= Atmospheric pressure/32 x water col height
say, water col height 1.5inch
Pressure=(14.7/32) x (1.5/12)= 0.057 psig

in metric sys the no. will change

1 atmosphreic pressure( 1 Bar)=10.6m of water or 76.6cm of Hg
i.e 5m of water means 5/10.6
=0.47 Bar
