i just started college and ive met this guy and from the beginning we clicked. we started talking as more than friends, but soon decided to just be friends because he was talking to someone else. over a month time, we became best friends and have shared "romantic" moments as if we were a couple. its been 5 months now and it is pretty obvious we like each other. however, we dont want to risk losing our friendship or missing out on a good relationship. on top of that, he keeps telling me how he "really really cares about me, probably more than i would think", speaks about me being his college sweetheart, and many other things. at this point, i really dont know what to do. can someone please tell me why he is doing all this, if he is confused about being in a relationship? should i go for it and just see what happens? im really confused and i need advice. ASAP! =(

If you have so much in common and like each other a lot, then you are missing out when it comes to relationships, the one you could be in with him. You both should go for it and see what happens. It sounds llike this guy is all ready in love with you from what you h ave written here. Go for it!!

Once you do this u cant take it back, he may really care for you but is he right for you, i think you could make a great relationship because you were friends first, so if you decided 2 go for it remember there are gonna be times where u have ups and downs, but you should be able to really go far w/ this guy because you respect him and cared for him as a friend first. I had a very similar situation i knew my friend was a player and decided 2 go 4 it, and it was the same as any relationship nothing really changed but our sleeping habits get it but i did get the upper things like qt time w/ him, dates to games etc but i told him at first i loved him as freind and had nothing but respect for him and whatever he wanted was cool, but be prepared because he might love you hes still not ready to committ to just u, u will e waiting along time beacuse he knows your not going anywhere, well we are still friends but i decided 2 end the late night hook ups 4 me, but we still ahng out as friends but when night falls i have to get the hell on because he will try 2 get some, go easy take your time whats the rush.

He is throwing hints at you. You should go out with him, like friends, and tell him your true feelings, also tell him that no matter what, he will still be your best friend.
