Depends how big a venue you want? Rowhill Grange in Swanley is lovely (I got married there). You could look at www.confetti.co.uk for inspiration or try the larger hotels or restaurants. If you are looking for somewhere more intimate, there is a restaurant in Bearsted called something like Souffle on the Green and it has a private room for about 20 upstairs or I think you can have the whole restaurant.

I can vouch for Rowhill Grange, both my cousins got married there and it was lovely not just for them but for the friends and family.
The Woodlands Banqueting Suite also do receptions they too are in Swanley and they are good x

Try salomans in tunbridge wells.....very good
