I've been on a diet for about a week now. I've been doing really good loosing weight, but when I got on the scales this morning, I actually gained. anybody have any idea's as to why I would go up after having gone down?

Yes, it sounds like you have been doing a good job and building muscle tissues that will eventually help you lose weight. Muscle weighs more than fat, so don't be surprised if you gain scale weight. Just keep it up.....and use the mirror as your scale.....Do you like how you look now? If so, keep going,.....

f you try not to eat something in a long time,the result will be "you would like to eat it than you was before".i think,the best way to lost weigh is you still eat any things you like,but just a little. Then, you should eat a lot of fruit and do more exercise

Do a lot of exercises and eat the less calorie food !!!
