My G friend was 10 days late on her period and there was a brief moment of OH MY GOSH WE COULD BE HAVING A BABY! but period made a fashionably late arrival this morning. that's GOOD news, I have a student loan to pay off, we're early 20's and not ready to get married etc etc we both know it would have been BAD timing for a baby, but she seems a little bit disappointed? girls is this normal?? what should I do???

Absolutely normal. As little girls we grow up dreaming of our babies. We've already become attatched to them without them even existing yet. While, it wouldn't have been an ideal situation, her maternal instincts kicked in and she was able to bond with the idea of a baby. There's not too much you can do except be there for her. Try to understand as much as you can and let her know that someday, when the time is right, she will have a baby.

look huni i've been in a situation similar to this 2-3 weeks late on my period. i thought there was a posssibility i very slight one but that i could have been pregnant and i was happy about it and i was really upset about not being pregnant im only just 16 but mentally older. Im going through my GCSE's i think its just the maternal instincts kick in when you think you're pregnant you get attached mentally the instant you think you are... i was attached to my stomach but then my period arrived.... your girlfriend is normal and there is nothing to worry about at all... just support her and i promise it won't take too long to overcome her emotions and also now being on her period her emotions are really high and all over the place due to PMT. just stand by her and everything'll be fine.

she's said because she's lost the feeling of having a baby, of creating a family and being a mother, you need to support her and let her know that now isnt the right time for a baby because of your debt and your both not ready.
she will eventually get over the 'shock' and everything will go back to normal, just reassure her

Yes, it is a female emotional roller coaster. But why in the world are you having unprotected sex if you are not ready for a baby? Be responsible and respect yourselves enough to use proper protection.

Maybe she wanted a future with you and got over excited and didn't get prepared if she didn't have a baby. Tell her about the advantages about not having a baby at this time.

Dith replaced right into a hero and the sorrowful information of his loss of life would be overshadowed with tips from his heroic movements in showing the horrors of the suffering Cambodians and all who go through by way of tyranny His existence replaced into no longer wasted

yeah I think its totally normal. Also, bear in mind that she had her period so she will be extra emotional and irrational anyway, so she will be thinking that she would have actually liked to have been preg, but in a few days she'll be SO relieved that she's not! also, I think as girls we are as a rule more emotional than you guys so she would have been more excited bout it if she was preg than you would have been - you would have been worried bout practicalities.

PRAISE JESUS!! I'm glad for you man.. didn't work out so well for me.

I'd say DUMP HER as she is obviously wanting to have a baby with or without your consent. Also never let her buy condoms or she may poke holes in them so that you get her pregnant.

Count your blessings.
