Yes, any decent health food store will carry it. I usually buy the Nutiva brand of it.

The short-chain saturated fats are great for lowering LDL cholesterol without effecting HDL! It also helps your body to repair/grow nerve cells which is why it is commonly used in pre-me infant formula.
