Yes you can, but while commercially frozen food has a very long shelf life homemade food frozen yourself is only really uspoosed to be frozen for about 6 months. You will need to make sure it cools thoroughly at room temperature first and out in a sealed bag or container before freezing.
(Also. although it is not safe to freeze something then defrost and refreeze, if you cook it, it is safe to re-freeze again.)
Make sure when yoiu defrost it (at room temperatire) it is reheated thoroughly - and enojoy!

Why do you have to re-heat coronation chicken, it s served cold usually?

yes and keep it for about a month. make sure you defrost it thouroughly before serving it though and stir briskly when heating it as the mayo part can start to emulsify
