Men appreciates women by all the occasional romantic dinners, flowers etc, but women is constantly supportive of him, and appreciates him in other ways on a daily basis. So, who gives more? Women or men?

women give too much.and become resentfull when men dont give as much as they do ,...and they start nagging........men become grumpy coz of the nagging,they start feeling unapreciated and become withdrawn.woman gives even more trying to get the man back.but he feels like she is trying to control him.woman becomes even more resentfull but she doesnt stop giving and giving...........man is still in his cave coz he can still feel the woman is resentful of him.woman tells all her friends and wants to solve the problem.....man has an affair with his co-worker.who make him feel appreciated .woman finds out .....................divorce

There is always one partner who 'loves' more than the other.. relationships are all about compromise - and give and take, the thing to watch out for is that one is not always doing the giving or the taking. Caring for somebody is not a gender thing, it is an emotional thing, and it's not the occasional dinners that show appreciation - it's a cup of tea/coffee in the mornings, it's doing the washing up, (on behalf of the partner that usually does that) and not sressing the small stuff.

There isn't a rule to state that. It depends on each ones personality. I met men who would have done anything to save their marriage or relation, but I've also met women who didn't know what to do not to break up. It simply depends on the education one gets and on the personality he developed so far.

Depends on the relationship, but I do believe that women try harder in the majority of situations.
This was an interesting question to ask.. I see then men said men, and the women say women.. (except for that first guy) lol

Men feel the need to express their love by giving special gifts and woman express love by their response to those gifts. So I guess in monetary terms, the man puts in a hefty investment, however the return is priceless. Who wouldn't buy flowers for a lasting kiss?

it should equal out
men are more of the care givers they make sure our trucks have oil changes and the lawn is mowed
they work very hard to make sure the walkway and driveway is plowed of snow and our trucks are cleaned off
they make sure we don't walk in traffic in the groc store parking lot and make sure the tub does not leak
we on the other hand make sure his tie is straight and his shirt is tucked in
we make sure his coffee cup is full for is drive to work
we make sure the dog is fed and dinner is on the table
so if you look at it by the small things ITS EQUAL

well i think it should be a evan balens on boths sides of the relation ship to make it work if one side does more then the other it will probly get boring n fall apart so i think they both do
