I think so. I've been a quiet one before. Boy, did I cause a lot of trouble! (In my teenage years, of course. Now I know better.) The quiet ones tend to bottle up a lot of things inside, and those bottled up feelings turn into rebelious actions. They also have a lot of insecurities and maybe trust issues.

Thats never true. Never listen to rumors or tales. When you meet someone get to know them and see what qualities they have.
It has nothing to do if you are quiet or loud. Because of these rumors some people get the wrong idea and never find happiness even with a loud person.

I almost agree with falala, in that quiet people tend to bottle things up, but I think the quietness and shyness prevents them from dong a lot of things that they really want to do, if they coul donly get the guts to do them, so when they are in their comfort zone they tend to let loose and do a lot of things that surprises most people, and I think the reason they let go so much os they are afraid to lose that moment when they can just be themselves, so they go all out to have fun. Because those moments are so few and far between, you gotta live it up
