If you are not sad, and your eyes are tearing, it could be a sign of irritation and/or infection.
DO NOT rub your eyes, no matter how bad they run or itch.
Wash your hands ALOT, and go see a Doctor as soon as possible!
There are many reasons that your eyes are watering, and there is NO WAY that someone on 360 can tell you why that is!
You need to see a Doctor!

With the emotional upheaval some particular gland in the eye secrete salty water these are tears... so its all what u feel, some or the other type of chemical reactions occur in ur body . That result in various other secretions also.

we dringing the water is cleaning the all part of under the body which like lungs etc. tears are cleaning the eyes , tears r cleaning the dust which can be affecting our eyes.

awwww.......do you mean why do tears come?
well, it's because of emotion...
if youre sad, your eye becomes watery and its bcoz you cried for someone, or you had a painful feeling....
or bcoz of happiness,,,.....as in.. tears of JOY.....
its bcoz of emotion........
