If you have the cash you can splash out on a rowing maching. They are good for cardiovascular and muscular training. You can even set them up in front of the tv. Otherwise swiming is good all round exercise.

A great way to exercise with bad feet is to either hit a punching bag or simmulate (shadow boxing). Very little foot work is needed but calories will be lost.

You don't need good feet to weight train, either. Most of the time you're either lying down or sitting.

Try rowing, this is an excellent way to use all your muscles

Rowing is pretty good. Especially for upper body fitness - helps with cardiovascular too. Then there's swimming, which is a really good way of exercising the whole body - with minimum impact.

Swimming is low impact. Or Tai Chi. I have the same problem, and these are the two I consider doing the most often (but don't).

You might consider swimming or riding a bike. Neither of these should bother your feet or your joints.

Good luck!
