i do cardio and it just seems to give my legs muscles. oh, and dont say eat less because ive already changed my diet to healthy foods.

sit ups. work the ab. muscles. and a no fat, no sugar diet. helps.

Give it time. If you burn more calories then you're eating, you'll loose weight all around your body, including your belly. Healthy weight loss is a slow process.

Pilates is a good way to tone up your body, and you only have to do 10-20 minutes every other day.

People collect fat in different areas, and if most of your fat deposits on your belly it's very difficult to move it.

[ and this isn't helpful, but if you've got great legs you can always suck your tummy in ]

exercise daily...i had a friend who was 334 lbs last year..but bow? he is so a hoottie.....well, you need to have 25 curl-ups a day, 20 rounds of jogging, and.....................................................go up and down the stairs for 30 timezzzzz.....
