Nobody will be physically born again here. The monkey cannot become intelligent after billions of years, how can a pig change just from the previous life!
Rebirth is the spiritual birth by accepting the new Messenger of God.
All souls will start their eternal lives in the spiritual world.

There are many problems with the salvation-by works doctrine of reincarnation. First, there are many practical problems. For example:
1. We must ask, why does one get punished for something he or she cannot remember having done in a previous life?
2. If the purpose of karma is to rid humanity of its selfish desires, then why hasn't there been a noticeable improvement in human nature after all the millennia of reincarnations?
3. If reincarnation and the law of karma are so beneficial on a practical level, then how do advocates of this doctrine explain the immense and ever-worsening social and economic problems - including widespread poverty, starvation, disease, and horrible suffering - in India, where reincarnation has been systematically taught through out its history?
There are also many biblical problems with believing in reincarnation. For example, in 2 Corinthians 5:8 the apostle Paul states, "We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord." At death, the, the Christian immediately goes into the presence of the Lord, not into another body. In keeping with this. Luke 16:19-31 tells us that unbelievers at death go to a place of suffering, not into another body.
Further, Hebrews 9:27 assures us that "man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment." Each human being LIVES ONCE as a mortal on earth, DIES ONCE, and then FACES JUDGMENT. He does not have a second chance by reincarnating into another body.

There is ONLY one rebirth and that is to be born again, (from above through the Spirit), by renouncing sin and turning your life over to Christ. Accepting Him as your savior, repenting of your sins, and be baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Not SPRINKLED, but submerged UNDER the water. But remember this, a DRY SINNER can go under the water, and come up a WET SINNER if they are NOT sincere.

There is no rebirth. If yes then how are you increasing in numbers? It should have been same number of insects, birds, animals as all were having rebirth.

It all depends on how you lived your last human life. If you were a dick, you get reincarnated as a garden slug, or some other lower lifeform. If you were as good as gold and better in your last human life, maybe you get reincarnated as heir to the Microsoft fortune. The theory is that the more lives you spend trying to make the world a better place, the quicker you can die and go straight on to heaven without anymore tedious reincarnation.

Humans are far advanced beyond the level of even the most sentient animals so you can never go back to incarnating as an animal. The only way is up for human consciousness.

Some religions -- I think Hinduism is one -- believe that souls are souls and can come back as any living thing.

In my religion, human souls are always human so if they're reincarnated, they return as another person.
