is it because:
I had a crush with a girl.
scored twice in a soccer game, but lost with 4-10.
going to sell my text books tomorrow...

I have no idea,
please help~~

me too, and it is 5:43 a.m. here.
Usually happens when there is lots going on in the brain.
dark room, hot drinks, blah, blah, blah, try everything.
Usually though if you write out everything that is in your head, make sense of some things on paper, make a plan of something, then it is all out on paper, and not cluttering your brain. Depends what is on your mind, this often works. Especially if you are a writer, like me, it helps to put it on paper so I don't keep writing in my head. lol

Did you know eating something with high carbs in it could possibly help you fall asleep faster? So munch on a few cookies and some milk. The carbs will raise your blood sugar slightly for a few minutes but then plumet leaving you feeling tired.

If that doesn't help, try taking a very warm bath then going straight to bed afterwards.

Many things can be done. Your mind is restless. Read a book, Stretch 1/2 hour before laying down (nothing that gets the heart rate up though), Drink a glass of milk (yes it helps adults too).

Could be any of the reasons cited and also some not cited (subconcious). Nothing serious.
Important for future good sleeps every night:Keep up good practices like drinking lots of water, exercise and not eating fatty junk food.Further try to build routine into ur life. Try mediation and Yoga it will help.

drink a cup of hot tea with some milk in it. I know it sounds gross, but its really not. It usually nocks me right out. Its very soothing. Any kind of tea will do.
