Bit of a dilema .... I find her really attractive but ....at the same time feel that whats she does is degrading and not some thing I could tell my mother...... With out being told that I am not allowed to date her....

Pole dancers do have partners too you know. It's whether you can stand the attention she gets from other blokes, if you cant then forget it. You would be wasting her time and yours.

im a women so guess the answer is no i wouldnt, but if i was a guy then probably yes i would,just because shes a pole dancer doesnt make her less of a person im sure shes a real nice women, its a job.
and i bet if u took her home to ur parents ur dad would love her, sure ur mum would hate her but they cannot tell u whom to date.
i wouldnt say pole dancing is degrading but i kinda know where ur coming from, if u ,like someone then go for it, it might not work out anyway, and if it dont least u can brag to ur mates u went with a pole dancer lol

I dated a pole dancer in Poland for 5 months.......it was great for most of the time, but hell if you are visiting the club as it cost me a fortune to be there keeping an eye on her safety and taking the odd private dance with her. We were going really well until I suddenly caught her walking down the street with another customer from the strip club, she was a very sweet student and part-time stripper, from the Ukraine, but that killed it- a complete loss of trust, and that's the problem.......they meet guys all the time, its a real meat market......but fun while it lasts!

In what way is it degrading, I have been in a few of these establishments and the young ladies are polite, beautiful and well educated. They are also somebody's daughter. And just in case you have not got the message , NOTHING HAPPENS so I fail to see the logic in what you are saying.
I think you are the jealous type so perhaps it might not be appropriate for you to associate with a lap dancer though. Not until you grow up a bit, at any rate. Then you will not have to tell your mummy.

I went out with a stripper for a while (stag do's etc) and while she was nice I couldn't tell anyone what she did. Also, it used play on my mind about her stripping naked in front of a bunch of beery men every other night. It was strictly no contact but still not what you want you g/f to be doing. Ended up finishing it after a couple of weeks.
It is tough but some men can handle the pressure. You just need to give it a try and see. I think I will stick to librarians though :)

If you're that much of a poofter that your mummy tells you who you can and can't go out with, there's no way you're going to be able to handle a pole dancer, sunshine.
And if you're going to let a girl's job define who she is then you really want a relationship with a secretary or housewife. I doubt she thinks it's degrading - she probably thinks it's fun and well paid (unless she's not very good). I wish someone would pay me to girate around a pole in my skids for a couple of hours a night.

her being a ballet dancer has no longer something to do with it... I surely have met some freaky dancers in my time... that's purely that distinctive woman, she could be a forklift operator and nonetheless be a similar individual... i might say she's sorta broken good, NEEEEEEEEEXT!!!

if you think what she does is degrading then its doomed from the start, you wanna stay out of the strip bars and start looking in say..a library, youl find some real nice women there and they keep all there clothes on! am sure your mother will approve of that.

Yes and no - I would happily date someone from Poland, but I don't think I would date a lap dancer.

One of my best friends is a pole dancer. Shes gorgeous and if we were strangers I'd certainly date her, shes funny, fit and always up for a laugh!
