I have tried high quality shampoo and conditioner, as well as deep conditioners/repair serums and leave in's, but my hair still drys out and splits. I have to constantly get it trimmed (at least once a month), so my hair is always short. I would really love to have longer hair for once. Any suggestions on how to keep my hair healthy long enough to grow some length? Thanks!

If you've tried pretty much everything as far as shampoos, conditioners and treatments are concerned, try Neways shampoo and conditioner. Their conditioner is soap free. It's strange when you first use it because it doesn't lather like normal shampoo. Within a week, you'll notice the difference.

Also, when you've shampooed your hair, towel dry it before putting the conditioner in. This means your hair is absorbing the conditioner, (it's not filled with water) and leave it in for 5 minutes. Once a week, put the conditioner in and then wrap your hair in glad wrap/plastic wrap. Leave it on for 15 minutes. Then rinse out.

Never brush your hair when it's wet. Comb it while the conditioner's in your hair.

Wash your hair and use shampoo and conditioner, never blow dry or use any form of heat on your hair. Let it air dry. Never brush or comb it wet. Wait until it is dry first. If you are still having this problem try not washing out all of the conditioner. Or mix it with 2 quarts of water and pour over your hair and then let air dry.

trim your hair(and i mean ONLY a trim ie: NO more than 1cm) on the 2nd or 3rd day AFTER a FULL moon each month
(you may be sceptical but it helps your hair grow faster) and if anyone thinks im crazy - read up on the waning & waxing of the moon cycles.

also, dont overwash, overstyle with products, overdo it with the hairdryer etc

i purchase a really good product called:
KERASTASE Nutrititive - Advanced Repair Serum for Damaged Ends
its fantastic ..

You can't repair split ends, but you can make them less noticable and help prevent them.

After you shampoo and condition your hair, rinse with very cold water. It will close the ends of your hair and seal off the split ends for a temporary fix.
To help prevent them, use a bush meant for your hair type, try not to blow dry your hair very frequently and use elastic ponytail holder, not rubber bands.

i doesn't assume the cut up end mender operating completely (as maximum shampoos do not, regrettably), in spite of the undeniable fact that in case your cut up ends are extremely bothering you, the suitable ingredient to do is to get them reduce off. That way, more effective hair received't get cut up, and also you may take care of the overall public of your hair. If it lengthy, if in case you've somewhat length to spare. For dry hair, a helpful deep conditioning shampoo might want to artwork. go away it in for a minute or with the objective to get the completed effects. and honestly use a severe conditioner, fantastically in case you wash your hair oftentimes. be sure you go away the conditioner in for a pair minutes in the previous washing it out, and to positioned the conditioner on your hair beginning on the roots and dealing your way upwards.

Heat the mixture of coconut oil & olive oil. Massage is every alternate night. After massage take a trukish towel, dip it in luke warm water, slightly rinse the towel and give your hairs a warm treat.
This procedure will reduce your split ends, olive oil will nourish your dry hairs and coconut oil will help your hairs grow.

Cheers to hair healthy!!!!!!!!!
