I just got a letter from the DVLC saking me to renew my tax disc on my moped, but i've been off the road for nearly 2 and a half years. Is the government that desperate to rob everyone? At least they should put on masks next time, Ha! Ha!

you are probably still registered as the keeper of the vehicle-contact DVLA and sort the problem out or they will keep on bugging you-just let them know you are no longer the keeper of the vehicle and they will update their records.
