56kg,41years,oily skin,diabetes patient-type[1] but don't take medicines,sometimes it feel hot in the skull.when i brush my hair,dandruff fall as much as snow and itches.hair also falls very much.

There are many other things than papaya. Just try oil.

Papaya contains a natural enzyme that digests meat - which means you're destroying your scalp, not helping it. It's used in commercial meat tenderizer. I suggest vitamin e oil capsules, and a good conditioner.

Are you sure it is dandruff. Shampoo not rinsed out well looks the same as it is dried soap flakes. Brush your hair well and use olive oil.

hi, i suggest buying Neutrogena T-Gel Hair shampoo & conditioner.
It will help you significantly and I highly recommend it.
I tried it when i went on a posting and noticed someone said to buy it for dandruff and mild sebhorric(cant recall spelling) and its great

try to use apple cider vinegar on ur scalp..massage it n leave it for an hour...and wash it...It works for me
