The whole 'Virgin' issue is a translation error some believe.
I suspect that Mohamed would not actually have made such a crude reference to any 'reward', but I'm not a Muslim scholar.
What awaits them? A sharp pain followed by surprise and then nothing!

1. We are not suppose to joke around with suicide bomber.
2. I am not supporting Terrorism, however those who commit suicide - was doing so after got motivated by some crooks and on thinking that they are performing some great activity. So we should not joke to those poor persons.
3. We should not joke around with terrorism too, rather we should hate it and fight back.
4. We should not joke to a particular religions too.
5. In USA, UK and many other so called developed countries also white, Christian man and women commit suicide. None of the Muslims or terrorists are asking you similar question.
6. You may not show respect to all but please do not make joke about them.
7. To stop Terrorism we should all fight together and not behave such rudely.

I dont know the ans to youre Q but i also didnt know that what the men think i will have to ask some of my muslim friends if this is true . As if it is I guess there in for a bit of a shock . As most religions believe that suicide is a guaranteed ticket to hell.
