You need to take in more calories than you burn off, which you could do by eating mounds of junk food, which I wouldn't recommend, because you'll end up unhealthy and you could experience the dreaded "skinny-fat" effect (when very thin people look all gross and untoned). The healthiest way to gain weight would be to increase your intake of healthy oils, such as olive and canola, and eat more high calorie plant foods, such as nuts and avocados. Happy eating!! (I wish I had that dilemma)

Find a diet book in a bookshop.
Glance through it, noting what they want people to AVOID in order to lose weight
Make that your shopping list for one week.

If you haven't gained enough in a week, stretch it to 2 weeks- or try a different diet book.

I call this method the "anti-diet"

you didn't specify your intent.. the fastest way to gain weight - butter and sugar sandwiches! It sounds nasty but is actually quite good. Two slices of white bread, half a stick of butter (not quite melted), sprinkle liberally with sugar. Try three of these for a midnight snack before you go to bed, and the pounds will come!
