Hi I hope someone can help. My last period started the 12 Nov. 06. I had the Marina coil removed on the 29 Nov.06, and had a couple of days of bleeding. I had unprotected sex with my husband on the 26 Nov. 06 (before removing the coil), and ever sins used protection. I did a pregnancy test on the 20 Dec. 06, but it was negative. Today is the 10 Jan. 07, and no period in sight. Could the pregnancy test have been wrong (or to early)? Or is my hormones just messed up?

If you had unprotected sex, before removing the marina...wouldn't you say that WAS protected sex, since that is what a marina does? It takes a few cycles, after having it removed, that your body gets back to normal and you start ovulationg regular... sound like you are causing your hormones to go crazy..Just relax..

i would just suggest try taking the test now or wait a few more days good luck with everything

hello i see you theory you will desire to be approximately 6 weeks out of your dates ... yet 4 weeks at docs - that's like me too (dates say 10 weeks, rfile says 8wks). stable success over weeks to come again! I certainly have my 2d extremely sound on Friday!

probs jus hormones but i would recomend doing a test now to be sure.
