You seem to be very full of knowlege. Let me help you a little.
The Bible does not consist of 73 chapters according to the Catholic and 67 chapters according to the Protestant.
The Catholic Bible consists of 82 books (not 73 chapters) and the Protestant Bible consists of 66 books , not 67 chapters.

The Bible says that if you have the Holy Spirit, you will be able to know which one is the teaching of Jesus and which one is not.

There are four different Bibles, and of course, not all four different groups of religionscanbe true. The Catholic and the Protestant Bibles are the same in the 66 books called the Canonical books. The only different is, the Catholic Bible added 16 books called the Apocrypha, which are:

1 Esdras
2 Esdras
Additions to Esther
1 Macabees
2 Macabees
Tobias
Judith
Wisdom
Sirach
Baruch
Epistle of Jeremiah
Susanna
Prayer of Azariah
Prayer of Manasseh
Bel and the Dragon
Laodiceans

According to both the Catholic and Protestant Bible, in 1 John 2:3,4 we read:
2:3 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments.
2:4 He who says, "I know Him," and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

And Jesus Himself says:

7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
7:22 "Many will say to Me in that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?'
7:23 "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'

So if you want to know which one is the true Christian and which ones are liars, just look at their teachings and practices, whether they obey the Law of God or the Ten Commandments, or not!

I believe there are some different "spirits" - good ones - we can feel. I believe that every person ever born has the spirit or light of Christ born into them. That is basically our conscience and helps us know right from wrong.
I also believe in the Holy Ghost. The third member of the Godhead and, as the name implies, a personage of Spirit, not possessing a body of flesh and bones (D&C 130: 21-22). The Holy Ghost is manifested in every dispensation of the gospel since the beginning, being first made known to Adam (1 Ne. 10: 17-22; Moses 6: 51-68). The Holy Ghost is manifested to men on the earth both as the power of the Holy Ghost and as the gift of the Holy Ghost. The power can come upon one before baptism, and is the convincing witness that the gospel is true. It gives one a testimony of Jesus Christ and of his work and the work of his servants upon the earth. The gift can come only after proper and authorized baptism, and is conferred by the laying on of hands, as in Acts 8: 12-25 and Moroni 2: 1-3. The gift of the Holy Ghost is the right to have, whenever one is worthy, the companionship of the Holy Ghost. More powerful than that which is available before baptism, it acts as a cleansing agent to purify a person and sanctify him from all sin. Thus it is often spoken of as “fire” (Matt. 3: 11; 2 Ne. 31: 17; D&C 19: 31). The manifestation on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2) was the gift of the Holy Ghost that came upon the Twelve, without which they were not ready for their ministries to the world.
For some reason not fully explained in the scriptures, the Holy Ghost did not operate in the fulness among the Jews during the years of Jesus’ mortal sojourn (John 7: 39; John 16: 7). Statements to the effect that the Holy Ghost did not come until after Jesus was resurrected must of necessity refer to that particular dispensation only, for it is abundantly clear that the Holy Ghost was operative in earlier dispensations. Furthermore, it has reference only to the gift of the Holy Ghost not being present, since the power of the Holy Ghost was operative during the ministries of John the Baptist and Jesus; otherwise no one would have received a testimony of the truths that these men taught (cf. Matt. 16: 16-17; 1 Cor. 12: 3). When a person speaks by the power of the Holy Ghost that same power carries a conviction of the truth into the heart of the hearer (2 Ne. 33: 1). The Holy Ghost knows all things (D&C 35: 19) and can lead one to know of future events (2 Pet. 1: 21).

To recieve the holy spirit you need to confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord, and repent from your sins. If you truely do this, the holy spirit will be with you.

It's not about being Catholic, Orthodox, Methodist, Fundamentalist, the list goes on and on. Its really quite embarrassing for the Christian faith to have so many denominations. The reason being, is that we are human beings and the Church doesnt consists of just one of these certain denominations. The Church consists of the true believes that put Jesus Christ in thier hearts. The People that follow his will and follow what the Word of God (Bible) teaches. That is the church, that is who will be saved.

People will always have ther traditions and religion, I don't think it's possible to escape that. But what you have to remember is that our religion and traditions are not what get us to heaven. It is by the Grace of God that we accept Jesus into our hearts and follow his teachings. When the Church first started there was debate over ther rules of Judaism and between the Gentiles. They wanted to know what rules were still applicable and which were not. Read the Book of Acts for the whole story. But when you read everything Paul writes in the New Testament it is very evident that those things are not what get us to heaven. Joining a congregation isn't going to get you to heaven. Becoming a part of all different types of denominations will not get you to Heaven. Taking part in a mass, being baptized by water, getting circumsized will not get you into heaven.

FAITH in JESUS CHRIST will get you to heaven!

There are Christians in this world that are saved that don't even have a Bible. How do you think the first chruch started. There was no new testament yet! Our faith in Jesus Christ brings the Holy Spirit into our hearts and that is how we can understand the truth. He provides a conscience for us to understand and it will not be the same for everybody on every single issue.

So what I'm saying is that I'm sure there are true Christians that will be found in the Catholic church, and the Protestant church, and I'm sure many other "denominations" that are out there that preach the word of God will have true believers in them.

I really don't understand the question but to the best of my knowledge, Christians, that is Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox etc believe in the Trinity, which is made up by the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. So, all Christians have the Holy Ghost

I am glad I converted to Catholicism.

I am always seeking knowledge.

I found this info online as 'additional readings" :

Protestants being thus impious enough to make liars of Jesus Christ, of the Holy Ghost, and of the Apostles, need we wonder if they continually slander Catholics, telling and believing worse absurdities about them than the heathens did? What is more absurd than to preach that Catholics worship stocks and stones for gods; set up pictures of Jesus Christ, of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and other saints, to pray to them, and put their confidence in them; that they adore a god of bread and wine; that their sins are forgiven by the priest, without repentance and amendment of life; that the pope or any other person can give leave to commit sin, or that for a sum of money the forgiveness of sins can be obtained ? To these and similar absurdities and slanders, we simply answer: "Cursed is he who believes in such absurdities and falsehoods, with which Protestants impiously charge the children of the Catholic Church. All those grievous transgressions are another source of their reprobation."

"But what faith can we learn from these false teachers when, in consequence of separating from the Church, they have no rule of faith? ... How often Calvin changed his opinions! And, during his life, Luther was constantly contradicting himself: on the single article of the Eucharist, he fell into thirty-three contradictions! A single contradiction is enough to show that they did not have the Spirit of God. "He cannot deny Himself" (II Timothy 2:13). In a word, take away the authority of the Church, and neither Divine Revelation nor natural reason itself is of any use, for each of them may be interpreted by every individual according to his own caprice ... Do they not see that from this accursed liberty of conscience has arisen the immense variety of heretical and atheistic sects? ... I repeat: if you take away obedience to the Church, there is no error which will not be embraced.

Both Bibles coincide in lots of things. their greatest difference is the virginity of Mary, and that Jesus has more brothers. this is the most common. Of course many more.
WE don't have the Holly Spirit. God is the Holly Spirit. This is the Holy mystery of The Father the Son, and the Holy Ghost. this i cant explain. its a mystery you believe it by faith.

As long as you are baptised with water and the holy spirit, you can proclaim to be a Christian. Until then, there is no point in claiming to be a Christian and not practicing it by loving your neighbor!! ( having disputes all the time!) You can argue till kingdom come but nothing changes until you are BAPTISED! That is THE most important issue here....

As a Christian, it is a GUARANTEE from God Himself:

Jhn 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
Jhn 14:17 [Even] the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
