Hair Wax For Curly Hair

first of all, no wax on curly hair. Wax is also useless for spikes.

Second of all, you shouldn't use the same gel while trying to acheive two different results.

To make poofy frizzy hair into soft defined curls, I'd say, put in moouse and scrunch, and then let it air dry or blowdry it with a diffuser. Never brush dry curly hair, only comb it in the shower when you have conditioner in it.

For spiky hair I'd recomnd a maximum hold gel or hairspray like got2b:glued. I used to use it when I had a mohawk and it worked wonders.

it depends on what you are trying to achieve? If you are trying to rid the poof than use a heavy gel like isoplus styling gel. If your hair is as curly and as thick as mine than moues will do nothing. I wouldn't advise any wax.
