im 14 years old 5'4 feet tall i weigh157 pounds and i already somke more than my dad i smoke 3 packs a day and i have asma so i cant breath and its just to fu**ing much money so r thay safe for me to use thanx for the help

If you are so young, you can't have been smoking long enough to be totally addicted to nicotine. Your addiction is psychological, so you run the risk of getting the patches and smoke at the same time. The patches are meant to help those who have decided to quit, they are not making you stop, you know what i mean? So what you need to do is to realize you don't want to smoke any more, and just do it! Every time you want to smoke, think of your decision! Make a vow to yourself! If you manage to stop it say for a couple of weeks, but you need a cigarette, you can start using a patch for help, but don't overdo it, normally you should have medical guidance for those, because they affect other health conditions.

oh no you smoke when you have asthma? i too smoked before but i quitted it without using any pills or paches... if you are determined, you can wake up in the morning and sleep at night w/o craving for a puff...quit immediately, youre 14. you have a good life ahead of u, stop the vices...
