this is sad im 29 and asking this question. but i am a vendor of a store and see this person every week. shes really sweet and hits on my like "slaps my arm" or something when i say something silly. is she just being friendly? she is a friendly person not sure if she is single though.

Well, I'd find out if she's single or not. This would pretty much eliminate one side of the question, wouldn't it. It is my observation that when a person makes some kind of physical contact with another person (other than fighting, of course) they are expressing interest. Another sign of interest is when a woman plays with her hair while she is speaking with you, like always touching it or twirling it or sliding her hand through it, etc. The pupils of the eyes will also enlargen when one shows interest, so if her pupils are larger than they should be for the lighting, then this is consided a sign of interest (unless she's loaded or something, of course). Then the bottom line is "if it walks like a duck, and it quacks like a duck, then it's probably a duck". In other words, if you get the feeling that she is flirting with you, then she probably is. good luck. go for it. what do you have to lose? If you don't, you could possibly lose her....life's short.

Just keep playing it cool; dont wanna be hasty and get embarrased. Wait around for about another year and a half for her to make the first move.
