I got dumped twice by the same person during last year. The first time was painful, but after some time the wounds started to heal and I started to move on. That was when he came back into my life, made lots of empty promises and talked me into giving him a second chance. Then, he dumped me again a month later......that was twice as bad as the first time.
I can't even find the words to explain what I was going through. However, I was lucky to have my friends around, most of the time I just talked to them and they listened. I must have been annoying the hell out of them because I talked about the same thing over and over again, but they were very supportive.
The more I talked about it, the less it hurt. I also made all the changes in my life I have been too scared to make before, or kept putting off for various reasons. I got a new job, changed my major in uni, studied a lot, etc. Finally, I began to feel that I am in control of my life again, and that everything is going just the way I want.
I am happy now, but I could not have done it without my friends, so turn to them for support and keep busy.
Good luck

Well personally, i think that everyone has a different way of dealing with break-ups. I usually try revenge but on the other hand that always seems to cause more trouble. Try going for a make-over (not saying you need one) but make yourself feel extremely sexy and make sure you bump into the person while you look your sexiest. It feels great....
Remember it is their loss not yours!!!

Every time you think about that- stop, and say to yourself- that's over- on to the next. Plan something nice you can do soon, like going to a move, shopping- and think about that. Day by day, will go by, and soon- that--will be just a memory for you.

well......enjoy the things that you are doing right now.....it's good to know that you're into a voluntary work.....forget every bad thing that ever happened to you....live your life....be happy and forget the past...just move on and be youself...make them see that you can always find another that is worth for your love.....it's difficult but you have to accept it whether you like it or not.....time willcome that you'll be happy.....
