A person should not consume more than 2500 milligrams of calcium a day.
Too much calcium intake can cause poor abosortion of other vitamins and minerals, which can also lead to deificinies in them.

I thought so , but the doctor says no. Unless you drink milk and take a multivitamin or calcium pill everyday. To much milk can cause kidney stones though I know from experience, weird but true.
