i think i'm getting the hang of this. this is a modified american joke, tailored specially for the UK. you might not think it's funny since we don't understand humor and all...

okay...here it goes (clears throat):

Q: what's the difference between a hoover and a chav on a motorbike?

A: the location of the dirtbag!

pilgrim...thanks! it doesn't bother me if some of the UK thinks we don't get humor, sarcasm, or irony. they're talking to the wrong americans!

have you heard of a show called "my name is earl"? it's been on a while here, but i just started watching it myself. it is hilarious...totally makes fun of ...well...american chavs!

lol. how about, what the difference between a chav girl and a walrus? one's covered in blubber, has a moustache and smells of fish...the other is an ocean going mammal...
anyway, got to apologise for UK anti-americanism. i cant believe ppl think americans have no sense of humour. what about laurel and hardy, 3 stooges, marx bros, simpsons, seinfeld, scrubs, southpark, family guy, malcolm etc etc? best we've got is spaced (which was genius). cant believe little britain scooped an award...its lame, got the same jokes week after week. least us comedy is fresh. im scots, go to the fringe every year and some of the best comedians are yanks. so there!

Very well, then.

So has the dirtbag, come to think of it.
